Ever heard someone say, “I’m just an analyst” or “I’m just an admin”?

I cringe every time I hear someone say the word “just” when describing their role. 

It is so diminishing!

Inserting that one little word suggests a role is less important or even expendable. 

Our role as leaders is to ensure the growth and well-being of our team members, recognizing, and valuing their contributions.

The challenge? Let’s uplift our employees by speaking up and reminding employees of their value every time you hear "I'm just an analyst" or "I'm just an admin,".  Every role should be considered crucial to an organization's success.

No one is ever "just" anything.
