Dean Heiss
Co-Founder and Managing Partner

A seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in project management and financial oversight across various industries.

Currently a Senior Manager of Project Execution & Implementation at a major utility, where he turns continuous improvement ideas of the organization into sustainable business practices. He has held multiple management positions and worked as a lead consultant managing project controls for large-scale projects.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, MBA from California State University Long Beach, and several project management, innovation, and commercial pilot certification certificates.

Recently retired as a Principal Manager after a 38-year career, including more than two decades in a variety of leadership roles.

Throughout Laura’s career, she led organizations of field construction crews, planning and design teams, project managers, and corporate change initiatives consistently driving innovation and delivering efficiency gains.

Laura successfully executed major construction and design targets, managed budgets exceeding $1 billion, implemented new technologies, redesigned key processes, and built and restructured organizations to meet evolving business needs.

A passionate mentor and advocate for positive workplace culture, Laura inspired employees, peers, and fellow leaders through example. She championed change by fostering innovation, applying practical leadership philosophies, and launching a Women's Network dedicated to building confidence and empowering future leaders.

Laura holds a master's degree in organizational leadership, a bachelor's degree in business, certificates in Project Management, and is a certified Executive Leadership Coach.
